In a joint initiative, the young arbitration practitioners' organisations from Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Liechtenstein (ASAbelow40, DIS40, YAAP, LISbelow40) hold a summer retreat for their members and other interested arbitration practitioners every year in mid-July.

 

The Summer Retreat is a practice building seminar with a particular focus on key-aspects of career building for arbitration practitioners with diverse backgrounds and experience. The interactive modules focus on topics such as business planning, brand building, negotiation skills, client relations, and time management and are moderated by prominent experts.

 

The Summer Retreat is also an ideal opportunity for the international group of participants to network and strengthen personal relationships in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

This Summer Retreat is aimed at arbitration practitioners with at least two years of post-qualification experience: attorneys, arbitrators, in-house counsel, or academics from all corners of the world.
