This year, the capacity building seminar will be set in a relaxed atmosphere near Vienna.

BENJAMIN GOTTLIEB
Benjamin Gottlieb is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Group at Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich, focusing on international arbitration and domestic and international commercial litigation, with particular expertise in the CISG.
ULRICH KOPETZKI
Ulrich Kopetzki is an Austrian attorney specialized in international arbitration and dispute resolution. He regularly sits as arbitrator and serves as Acting Director of Arbitration and ADR, Europe at ICC Dispute Resolution Services.


UTE LANGTHALER
Ute Langthaler works with leaders and experts who need to exercise influence in organisations, projects, teams and proceedings where authority must be earned through presence, clarity and trust rather than formal power. As a partner at ACG/TheVitalWorks in Vienna and Berlin, she has accompanied organisations worldwide since 2002 in developing vital cultures and collaboration at the intersection of leadership, culture and structure.
Drawing on periods of work in the United States, Asia, South America and Australia, she designs learning and development architectures that link analogue and digital spaces and are rooted in global practice. With training in political science, psychotherapy studies and psychoanalysis, and further qualifications in existential coaching and systemic consulting, she brings a deep understanding of unconscious dynamics, authority and resilience to her work with organisations and individuals.
CHRISTINA QUEISSER
Christina Queisser is a Counsel in in Lieff Cabraser’s Munich office and advises clients at the intersection of complex litigation and litigation-related investments. She has extensive experience in private equity, corporate law, and finance, and advises clients in particular on investments into complex litigation cases in Europe. Before joining Lieff Cabraser, Christina was a Counsel at Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a leading European Private Equity Fund.


PHILIPP STEINRÜCK
Dr Philipp Steinrück is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department at Latham & Watkins' Munich office and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation practice group. Philipp advises on domestic and international arbitration proceedings as well as litigation before German courts. He also advises and represents German and foreign companies, as well as private individuals, across all areas of domestic and international dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Philipp worked as a research assistant at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg. Before and during his legal clerkship, he worked for many years at renowned international commercial law firms in the areas of trade mark law, private equity and litigation – including in New York (USA) and Alicante (Spain).

The Summer Retreat takes place at Höldrichsmühle Hotel, set in the relaxed atmosphere in Hinterbrühl, close to Vienna.
Höldrichsmühle Hotel has a limited number of available rooms.
